Positivity and Ninja Courses with Spencer Jones

Spencer is an avid outdoorsman, athlete, teacher, speaker, and lifestyle fitness coach who loves to help people chase their passions to the max.

After losing over 30 pounds and regaining confidence not only physically but mentally, he was compelled to help others go after their goals and gain similar confidence. He loves to push himself and has participated and placed in a variety of races including 5ks, 10ks, Half Marathons, Ragnar Relays, Triathlons, and Half Ironman races.

He is a classically trained pianist and singer who was a middle and high school choir director for nine years. Teaching in the classroom gave Spencer the tools and experience of individualized instruction based on specific needs, clear communication skills, relationship and community building, and creating and hosting events.

While his teaching shifted from the classroom to the stage, having the classroom background enhances his coaching, speaking, and ability to connect with any audience. Spencer also hosts the Jonesin’ for Show, a vlog, podcast, and blog designed to help people chase their passions to the max.

He has written two books about kayak fishing and traveling, been published in multiple magazines and websites, hosted a live healthy cooking show, and created and hosted an outdoor mini series. On his down time Spencer loves to spend time with his wife, Katie, relaxing at home with their dogs and cats and having incredible experiences traveling together.
