We may access information from social networking platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads, which may include your name, username, email address, profile picture, and any other public information. If you do not want us to access this information, please adjust your privacy settings on the relevant platform.
Podcast and Content Engagement Data
Success Development Solutions hosts a podcast focused on NLP and personal transformation. If you submit a guest application, book an in-person recording session, or engage with our podcast content, we may collect contact information, professional background details, and communications you send us. This information is used solely to coordinate and produce podcast content and is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Book and Educational Content Data
If you purchase our published book or digital educational materials, we may collect order and contact information necessary to fulfill that purchase. We do not collect data through the book itself.
Other Data
On occasion, you may provide additional information to participate in a survey, contest, giveaway, or free resource download. You will be prompted for this information, and it will be clear when you are providing it.

When do we collect Information

Important Note About SMS Data: All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver the SMS service. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
GoHighLevel CRM Services
Success Development Solutions uses GoHighLevel CRM to manage client relationships, automate follow-up communications, and administer coaching programs. Please be aware of the following:
- GoHighLevel is a third-party platform. The actual software, servers, and infrastructure are owned and operated by GoHighLevel, Inc.
- We are not responsible for any service interruptions, data loss, security breaches, or changes to the GoHighLevel platform’s features or functionality.
- When you interact with us through systems powered by GoHighLevel, your data may also be processed pursuant to GoHighLevel’s own privacy policy and terms of service.
- For platform-level issues, clients may need to contact GoHighLevel directly at gohighlevel.com.
Legal and Other Limited Disclosures
We may also disclose your information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process; when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others; to enforce our Terms of Service; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
SMS/Text Message Privacy
Opt-Out/Unsubscribe
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text and will not receive further messages unless you re-opt in.
Other opt-out keywords we honor: STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE.

COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
Our services are designed for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately
Fair Information Practices
In the event of a data breach, we will take the following responsive action:
- We will notify affected users via email within 7 business days.
We adhere to the individual redress principle, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law.
CAN-SPAM Act
